The precision ratcheting mechanism and crimping dies with smooth edges create uniform consistent crimps fast. Wire does not pull out of the crimp to ensure safe transport of electricity. To use the tool, put the connector inside the dies and squeeze the handles until you hear the first ratchet click. Once the connector is securely fixed, you can insert the wire and perform the strongest crimps.

You can set the perfect compression adjustment for your connectors by rotating the adjustable wheel. Remove the screw, rotate the wheel clockwise or counter-clockwise to add or reduce crimping force. The ratcheting mechanism completes crimps in full cycles, but if you want to cancel the crimp and open the tool mid-cycle, slightly squeeze the handles and pull the quick release trigger in between them.

We offer different connector crimp tool kits, with one tool covering 11, 14, or 20 sizes of connectors, including spade, ring, butt, and double bullet/piggyback brass terminals. Some kits include a wire stripping tool, while others do not.

The wire crimper tool is designed to crimp 24-14 AWG non-insulated open barrels, OEM-style terminals, and wire splices, providing the perfect crimping service for the open terminal connector you buy. The automatic adjustment ratchet mechanism and adjustable locking device ensure precision, and the specially manufactured labor-saving jaws fit well in the Spade connectors.

Thanks to the three different jaw sizes, the tool can be applied to crimping 2.8mm, 3.5mm, 3.9mm, 4.8mm, and 6.3mm pitch open barrel terminals from various manufacturers.

The male and female spade terminals are made of high-quality tin-plated red copper, with tin plating ensuring good conductivity and corrosion resistance. The kits include non-insulated piggyback connectors, butt connectors, and male-female spade connectors of sizes 0.110", 0.187", and 0.250", catering to various needs.
